    What is your returns procedure?

    You can return any item if you are not completely happy with it please email us admin@pawberry.co.uk and quote your order number to register your return. The item(s) must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. You must return the item(s) within 7 days of your order being received to be eligible for a refund. As delivery is included within the price on items over £40 (UK ONLY), £4.99 will be deducted from the purchase price to cover the cost of postage. Therefore you will receive the purchase price minus £4.99 as a refund. You must send the items back to us in pristine condition. Strictly doggy hair­free, with labels attached and all original packing in tact. Pawberry reserves the right not to refund or exchange if the item is not returned in the above pristine condition.

    What can I expect to happen if the item I have received is faulty?

    If the item you have received is faulty please contact us admin@pawberry.co.uk and quote your order number. We will advise you to return the garment to us immediately. When we have received the garment back we will reissue a new garment or give you a full refund.

    When I am due a refund, how quickly do I get my money back?

    If you are sending something back to us we will issue your refund more than likely within 1 week, but please allow 30 days for us to process it. Then usually, depending on which bank you bank with, can then take up to 7 – 10 working days for your refund to reach you.

    How much is delivery?

    UK delivery is £4.99 1st class signed.  European £9.95 signed.  Rest of the world is £20.00.  REMEMBER, if you spend over £40.00 Delivery is Free! UK ONLY.  Please note, Next Day Delivery is currently NOT available.

    How long will my order take to reach me?

    We aim to have your order shipped with 3 – 5 days and we ask that you allow 7-10 days for delivery. Also during busy times, like Christmas, delivery can take a little longer. (Please note, Next Day Delivery is currently not available.)

    What countries do you ship to?

    We ship all over the world. Please note; international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

    When I place an order, when will you take payment from my account?

    We take payment at the time you place the order with us. Our payment gateway WORLDPAY handle all your payment details.

    What should I do if i don’t receive an email to confirm that my order has been placed or despatched?

    Sometimes, an email from Pawberry may end up in your SPAM folder. Check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder for the email. If you find it, mark it “NOT Spam”.
